Previously there were only a few Thermal Turbojets ala KSPIE, this provides us with an option similar to the F135-alike engine from KSPIE.

Initial problem caused by an issue in pr#62. Extra engine opt-in can be safely ignored, the changes were commented out. |

Sorry for taking so long with this. I finally grasped the idea here and did this 3f88f39 in the dev branch. Do let me know if it works out. |
